This housing model is designed to assist people with disabilities to live as independently as possible in a shared or individual living arrangement for long periods 1Year+. SIL funding provides funding for the supports and services needed to help participants with daily tasks, personal care, and skill development to enhance their independence and quality of life. The primary goal of Whole Care Solutions is to empower people with disabilities to live fulfilling lives, participate actively in their communities, and achieve their personal goals and aspirations while maintaining their dignity, privacy, and independence.

Whole Care Solutions offers respite care or short-term housing usually 2 weeks. While with us, participant will receive temporary accommodation and support services provided to individuals with disabilities. Whole Care Solutions will offer a break or relief to primary caregivers while ensuring that the individual with a disability receives the necessary care, support, and supervision in a safe and comfortable environment.

WHole Care Solutions offers Medium Term Accommodation (MTA) refers to a type of NDIS funding and support that provides temporary housing solutions for people with disabilities. MTA is designed to offer short to medium-term accommodation options to individuals who require temporary support due to specific circumstances, such as transitional periods, respite needs, or while waiting for longer-term housing arrangements. This usually goes for about 90days.
